Mora Care is a monthly property visit and maintenance service — not a rental management company. We don't handle bookings, guests, or check-ins. Every month, we walk your property, check it inside and out, document everything with photos and video, and handle small repairs on the spot — so it's ready for your next guest, your property manager's next booking, or your own return. Licensed, documented, and backed by the same integrity behind every Mora Homes build.
Monthly Visits
Every visit is a full walkthrough, not a quick peek. We check for leaks at every sink, toilet, and water heater, look for damp or mold, test windows, doors, and locks, and confirm heating and cooling are working. Outside, we cover the roof, gutters, and garden — and the pool, if you have one. Anything under ten minutes using materials already on hand, like a bulb or a filter, we just fix. No charge, no fuss.

Photo & Video REPORTS
You get a clear written report after every visit, with photos and video documenting exactly what we checked and what we found. No guessing, no surprises. Report delivered withing 48-72 hours of property visit.
Licensed Repairs
We are Licensed and Insured. When something needs fixing, we handle it. From a quick adjustment to a full repair or renovation. Mora Homes has a Class 2 alvará / license. So the work is done right.
Built For Short Term Rentals
Guests don't always treat a home gently. We keep your property ready for the next guest, and we respond quickly when something needs attention between bookings.
Most property managers coordinate guests and cleaners — not documented maintenance checks. That's the gap we fill. And if you're already working with a property manager, there's no conflict: we report to whoever you tell us to — you, your PM, or both.
